Salty Barefoot Stays is home to two of Treasure Island's most loved getaways, Barefoot Bliss and The Salty Flamingo, both tucked into Isles of Capri, a quiet canal neighborhood wedged between Boca Ciega Bay and the Gulf.

Each home was designed with the same idea in mind: a place that feels as good to stay in as it looks in photos. Open layouts, brand-new flooring, chef-style kitchens, and private outdoor space built for slowing down, whether that's morning coffee on the lanai or watching the boats drift by on the canal.

Both properties sit close enough to walk to the beach, close enough to St. Pete for a night out, and far enough from the noise to actually relax. Every detail from the layout to the linens, was chosen to make a short stay feel like more than just a place to sleep.

Salty Barefoot Stays was built around one simple goal: give guests a genuinely well-designed island home, and let them book it directly, no platform fees, no middleman, just two real homes and real hosting.

Both homes sit in Isles of Capri, a quiet canal community wedged between Boca Ciega Bay and the Gulf, walkable to the beach, close to St. Pete, and built for slow mornings and dock views.

Comfort

Quartz kitchens, quality linens, brand-new flooring, and thoughtful details at both properties, so your group can actually unwind from the moment you walk in.

Meet Your Host

Hi, I'm Nicole! I'm a local mom of two girls (and two very spoiled guinea pigs), a real estate professional, and someone who genuinely loves creating beautiful spaces and sharing everything I love about our little corner of Florida.

I chose this duplex because I fell in love with its location. Treasure Island puts you right in the middle of the Tampa Bay beaches, while still being just a short drive from the energy of downtown St. Pete. Hop on a bike or take a quick drive and you can find yourself in a completely different beach town, each with its own personality, restaurants, shops and local favorites. Head the other direction and you're surrounded by downtown St. Pete's incredible restaurants, museums, nightlife, live music and entertainment.

When I designed Salty Barefoot Stays, I wanted the inside to feel just as special as the location. Both homes were thoughtfully created with a balance of luxury and comfort, from beautiful finishes and playful coastal details to soft beds, inviting spaces and everything you need to truly settle in and relax.

If you ask me when to visit, November might just be my favorite time of the entire year. The summer humidity has eased, there's usually a beautiful breeze, and Treasure Island comes alive for Sanding Ovations, when incredible sand sculptures transform our already beautiful beach into something truly unique.

I also have a soft spot for January. The holidays are over, life slows down a little, and winter in Florida is pretty hard to beat. The Treasure Island Kite Festival is one of those wonderfully quirky local experiences I love. Seeing enormous, colorful kites filling the sky over our incredibly wide beach is something you really have to experience in person.

And because I live nearby, this isn't just an investment property to me. I'm part of this community, I love what I do, and I want my guests to experience the beaches, restaurants, events and little local places that make this area so special.

My hope is that you arrive as a guest, live a little like a local, and leave already planning your next stay.

It was our first time to treasure island and we loved it! The area is still recovering from Helene and Milton but there is a lot to do. The house is an easy walk to the beach. Centrally located to everything. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back again.
